1. Getsuen Armchair
This lily armchair is the result of high technology combined with expert crafting, its attractive shape concealing an elaborate moulded steel frame.
The filling is in flexible and breathable polyurethane foam and the castors, like rollerblade wheels, are in fluorescent green PLT. The upholstery is in velvet in the colours available in the fabric collection.
2. Nouvelle Vague Chaise Longue
Neat and clean designs for the chaise longue by Christophe Pillet: an open "S", with an essential form. A light line that is imposed in the space through its great expressive power.
Perfect for the day zone and also for the night zone, the chair is completed by an oval footrest that gives you the possibility of a more relaxing position, which can also stand alone as a pouf. Perfect too for external environments, Nouvelle Vague is available in the polished colours chalk white, black and china red in the sample collection.
3. Vermelha Armchair
Wrap-around armchair with steel frame painted with epoxy powders.
Several days' manual work is required to build the seat, together with high expertise for the weaving. The five hundred metres of special rope with an acrylic core, covered in cotton, are first woven onto the frame to create a structure and then plaited by consecutive overlapping, leaving sufficient surplus to form a kind of random weave which creates an unusual padding.
4. Anemone Chair
Special hollow tubes in plastic are hand woven methodically and screw-attached to the corolla-shaped frame in moulded metal, sanded and coated a metallic grey colour.
The weave, which may seem random, forms a comfortable and attractive seat. The tubes are available transparent or in various colours.
5. Azul Chair
Square in shape, its metal frame is coated with epoxy powders. The seat is hand made in a skilful sequence, weaving 650 metres of special rope with an acrylic core covered in cotton.
The irregular weave, built up by perfected manual skills over several days' work, forms the padding and the cover.
6. Favela Armchair
A small armchair made from many pieces of natural wood, similar to those with which the shacks of the favelas or shanty towns are built in Brazil, glued and nailed together by hand.
The hand crafting means that each seat is slightly different from the other.
7. Francesco Binfare Angels Seating Collection
Organically shaped padded seating, reminiscent of spineless bodies. With their irregular outline and deliberate asymmetry, theirs is a nervy, flawed beauty.
Simple movements of the seats, backs and pouf/ball create different seating possibilities. Plywood base and back in hand-wrought metal, with filling in cellular polyurethane foam to ensure good breathability. The feet are in chromed metal with alluminium and rubber scratch-proof tips and the upholstery in mohair velvet.
